🤔I like the idea in principal, but I'm not convinced every dependabot PR is a chore: ... Some could be bumps to pkgs due to zero-day or other vuln fixes and would be better prefixed with security: or bug: if the pkg update contains a critical bugfix; something similar to convey high priority, no?

Your point is valid, but since we don't have alerting for security or bugs, it is still manual process to handle dbot PRs. Without this change, I have to manually change almost every DBot PR title, as I have done about 50x in couple last months, to comply with repository PR title rules. With this change, I (or someone) will have to fix title from "chore: security: *" back to "security: *"
