Ability to not capture handshakes from the networks specified in the blacklist #2

It appears that although the tool is not de-authenticating the networks specified in the blacklist, it's still capturing the handshakes from them. With the BPF filters in wlandump-ng it's really more convenient to be able to completely exclude a network from the collection process.
