Include Option For Skipping Notebook Animations (#94)

* feat: Include notebook animation skipping.

fix: Fix Fast mask transforms.
fix: Fix custom text overflowing into 0x00 text ID.
fix: Include description in ocarina diving explaining patching of walking with ocarina.

misc: move fast mask and notebook animations to comfort menu.

* misc: Cleanup/comment CitraPrints to avoid spamming Citra console.

misc: Cleanup files that were errorneously added.

fix: Fix crash on startup if there was a null value in cached settings.
