本次提交修复了以下问题：

使用代码生成器时，无法选择前端代码类型（Vue2 / Vue3），原因是数据库字典表中，没有infra_codegen_front_type字典
使用代码生成器时，无法直接运行生成的 SQL, 插入system_menu表时报错，原因是部分字段无默认值且非null


          修复PG数据库部分字典数据缺失；修复因字段无默认值无法直接运行生成SQL问题
