Fine-tune VGG/AlexNet and put the models to data/caffe_nets/ (finetuned model also available at http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~yukun/segdeepm.html)

Put pre-computed CPMC masks and corresponding potentials to segDeepM/ and run segDeepM.m;
