Fork Sync run 40365708100 stopped on a merge conflict in PullRequestsPage.tsx. The batch has 3 upstream commits:

• refactor(web): pull request page reacts to turns and sweep Escape without effects pingdotgg/t3code#25523: the pull request page refreshes after turns without an effect, and the close sweep takes Escape through registerCommands.
• fix(web): an armed pull request confirm no longer outlives its button pingdotgg/t3code#25530: an armed pull request confirm no longer outlives its button.
• fix(mobile): keep expanding composer text above its toolbar pingdotgg/t3code#25396: the expanding mobile composer text stays above its toolbar.
