fix: remove ask coach button from health page header

Summary

Removes the "Ask Coach" header button from the Health tab (TrainingPage). Coach access remains available via the dedicated Coach tab and contextual "Ask Coach" actions within health cards.

Changes

• Stop passing onAskCoach to KynosPageHeader on the Health page so the sparkle/AI coach button no longer appears in the app bar.
