之前写到并发map 那个自带的sync.Map 回来都是any每次用全都要断言非常麻烦 有的地方为了简单就直接map+锁了 于是用泛型包装了一个 本来是想包括在 #4804 的 不过想着还是分开比较好 诸如ech也需要这个东西
可以替换的地方有很多 先只改了一个XHTTP 后续还可以慢慢加
