This PR is NOT meant for pulliing into our repo -- but just to document how far along CentOS is when it comes to running on armv7hl. So far I have not got console running, and I've just done 'runtags download' (have not done the download2 -- unpackaged)

:wrap git clones with test because it fails on second time

f18 does not have ansible_machine_id
…nsible running from github source. A lot of the dependencies needed to be compiled. First needed to get development tools, and some missing package-devels. Discovered that yumdownloader could be directged to epel noarch. That got pip very easily. Missing are NetworkManager, postgresql, mariadb, and desktop environments (think vnc)

console does not run, missing cracklib-python
