A draft PR for 50442.

Getting the SVGs as images is probably not a good path, because it prevents us from defining color via CSS. Might just want a rendering function to print the SVG into the code. However, SVG isn't permitted by wp_kses_post(), so may need to address related ticket first. (See ticket.)
