The theme review link leads to http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review
this needs to be updated.

Check for and update 404's.
Do we keep the references to http://wptest.io/? apple.com?

Replaces some of the old codex links.
Replaces apple.com with wordpressfoundation.org.
Removes the VideoPress content.

(Does not fix broken links for the pings from @tellyworth.)

The pings in "Template: Pingbacks And Trackbacks" still needs to be replaced since they are broken:
