It looks like a great set to start with.
What do we do about the Template Part block?
There is also a related question, whether we should move the Classic block to @wordpress/edit-post
package or at least prevent it from insertion in the context outside of editing post content.
A similar question applies to the Legacy Widget block that is still experimental.
If we do prevent in these contexts, we'd have to also switch the fallback block, maybe we can just keep it?
That one is not meant to be released yet. Probably not in 5.8 |

Theme blocks (or FSE blocks) are meant to be released in WP 5.8. This PR makes stable stable so they can be back ported to WP Core and show up there without the plugin.
I omitted some blocks from this list:
