Follow-up to #44221 cc @talldan.

When replacing an existing template part on the canvas and selecting a pattern in the resultant modal, it's not immediately obvious that a new template part is created. It would be helpful to display a Snackbar confirming this.

New header created: 'Header with dark background'.
