Attempts to rebase binutils, GCC and MinGW repositories to upstream
masterbranches, then triggers the advanced worflow and if it suceeds, finishes the rebase by overwritingwoarm64branches. If the build fails therebase-upstreambranches will contain the rebase results.a66d57d commit will be removed before merge.
