Why the given ordering of topics?

I expect the intrinsic imports discussion to build naturally on the ITT discussion, but it would be fine to have it after the Discord discussion as well.

I've opened #581 to start an offline discussion about vote scheduling so we can save some time and keep the agenda item if we need it in a couple of weeks from now.

Not that I know of... a quick grep through the notes only shows references to SIMD intrinsic functions. My recollection from a while back was that we tried to avoid intrinsics (preferring instructions instead), but I'm not sure if that's written down anywhere.

There are some comments about intrinsics on the await issue and the ITT issue, specifically:
