Please keep in mind current features are unstable and are subject to change in the future

1. you can now use "mode bindings" like so although please note that this feature is still not complete:
   "{mod4:z}-mod4-x": "example_command"
   holding mod4-z while also doing mod4-x

2. the config file has been updated slightly to show these features, although the example config is still a bit.. meh

3. fixed installation script and fixed the CLI's name (was accidentally named has, is now named turboin when you run commands)

and thats mostly it, while a lot of stuff changed in the code it doesnt affect much of the user experience atleast for now
