VUIIS Center for Computational Imaging

VUIIS CCI XNAT is operated by the VUIIS Center for Computational Imaging (VUIIS CCI) as part of the Human Imaging Core. The CCI is directed by Baxter Rogers.

In addition to the documentation and info here, we operate an email list with weekly meeting notices and occasional announcements: https://list.vumc.org/archives/vuiis-cci-users.html or contact us at [email protected] for help signing up.

Citing XNAT/DAX

For researchers who make substantial use of VUIIS CCI XNAT resources: when possible, we would appreciate your acknowledging the Center for Computation Imaging in presentations and publications with one sentence in the acknowledgement and a citation of the relevant paper(s).

“This work was conducted in part using the resources of the Center for Computational Imaging at Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science, Nashville, TN.”
