This branch contains the full (however, not necessarily optimized or finished, but working) implementation of a spatial-temporal divisive normalization model.
It is an extension of the (Extend_)Iso2DGaussian model and can also be enriched with parameters that have already been fit with the spatial DN model.
However, this branch also contains a refactorization of the HRF as it's own class. I merge this by accident so it is already contained here. This is not a problem though, since it is fully downward-compatible with the currently used way of specifying HRFs.
