ドキュメントからspeakerになっていることの案内を消す

内容

• スタイルID（style_id）のことを話者ID（speaker_id）としているコードを全部置き換える #589

の後追い変更プルリクエストです。
READMEとdocsの中mdファイルに案内があったので変更しました。

バージョン0.15からspeakerだけでなくstyle_idが増えた、ということは案内しても良いのですが、まあ消しちゃっていいかなと。
