Purpose of this PR

  • Enable cache server for standalone build jobs
  • Use playmode_cache for Trunk Verification pipeline

Example of timing difference:
URP build for Windows DX11 before cache server = 2 hours
After cache server 20 minutes


Testing status

Ran ABV twice to ensure jobs were quicker

Some of the commands contained spaces which didn't work for UNIX platforms, meaning theyd get the error Cache server is enabled, but endpoint string is not valid: ''

formatting failures are unrelated to this PR - started occurring when in merged in master
