If we want to have a better rate for stETH => wstETH and vice versa on Uniswap, we need to allowlist wstETH hook. on my local, I can see the rate is very competitive against curve fi now https://app.warp.dev/block/lJYNqulS5RmayidJIy121a. 1 stETH => 0.823266058515041125, meanwhile on uniswap vs curve interface:
we do need SOR change Uniswap/smart-order-router#922 to be merged first before this one.
