Reproduction steps

I deleted all of the extruders and definition changes per your instructions.

Actual results

The error is still there.

Expected results

I want to get rid of this error without having to reset my printer profiles.

Because you've only included a UCP file there's a great many details that would be necessary for further diagnostics that are simply absent. UCPs only include a basic list of settings to make them more universally compatible, which severely limits their usefulness as a diagnostic tool.

A log file should be all that's required to figure out where the problem is - or at least the first problem, should there be more than one. The ideal would be a support package, which you can export via the Help menu.

I also included the error message & screen shots of the extruders and definition chances from my configuration file. What else do you need. I just wand to stop the error message without losing all of my printer profiles. Is this what you need? I just want to get rid of the attached error message without having to reset. Another tech told me that this is a common issue, and that deleting the extruders and definition changes from my configuration folder should fix the problem. However, that did not work.

Unfortunately this is going to show one of the limits of my knowledge of the deeper workings of Cura. The log included in the project doesn't appear - to me, at least - to point any fingers, so I'll need another opinion from someone more involved with the program.

That said, if you were to include a full log file I can hopefully find something useful. This would be the file found at %appdata%\cura\5.10\cura.log on your local machine.

It would also be remiss of me not to mention that the bottom of this model appears to have been crudely cut from something else. When this situation is resolved, you may want to check that it slices correctly (particularly the lower rim) as it has an open surface with some fairly jagged edges behind it.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to resolve the issue, removing some of the files could help but you need to know which files to remove otherwise the issue is gonna cascade further.

Without looking at your configuration folder, I can't offer a solution or change.
If you can, make a zip out of the entire %appdata%\cura\5.10 and share it here
You can also get to the configuration folder from the top bar menu item Help>Show Configuration folder

If the size of the package is larger than 20MB (in case you have plugins installed), create the zip from all other folders instead and exclude the plugin folder.
Alternatively, you can upload it to another file sharing service (google drive preferred) and share the link.

The zip file is only 10.2 MB but it will not go through. In fact, I have tried to reply with simple image files and nothing will go through on your system. I don’t see how you can help anyone with such a restrictive system. It seems you're trying to send files by replying to the GitHub emails. GitHub doesn’t allow file attachments to come through that way, and that part is outside of our control. Github is a platform many developers use.

The best way to share your files is to open the issue on the GitHub website and add your file directly there by dragging it into the comment box. If GitHub doesn’t accept the file type, another option is to put it in a shared folder (like Google Drive or Dropbox) and paste the link into your comment.

That will make sure we can see your files and help you further.
