Fixes #1017 by allowing direct values while parsing
xobjects. I've used https://opensource.adobe.com/dc-acrobat-sdk-docs/pdfstandards/PDF32000_2008.pdf#page=136 as a reference. In the case of the offending sample PDF,gstate.Valueis aDictionaryToken, content:<ca, 1>.@BobLd I'd be grateful for a review/correction.
