7 Day Fitness App

Server Installation

1. Clone this repository
2. Open CMD or Terminal
3. cd into the cloned repository directory
4. Type 'npm install' (This will install all of the dependencies/packages needed, and initialise the database)
5. Type 'npm start' to start the server
