Update ims-resolver to one that logs message attributes and properties
Why?
Logging the UUID of the submitted paf form allegation or message as created in the paf container will be useful in the ims-resolver as it means we can track submissions from the PAF container through the SQS queue and into the IMS system processing.
We can also use this UUID as a means of tracking how many times failed messages come through the resolver and get a better idea of how and why duplicate cases are created.
Testing?
Initially logging the entire message in branch to observe which parts of the message to log as UUID for the PAF submission going forward
