"canonical" metadata was wrong, was claiming canonical URL is typestrong.org/ts-node/ts-node.
Fixed via docusaurus.config.js

Added higher-res favicon.

Added the recommended markup to <head> on the index page, but not on the markdown pages. Not sure how to do that for the markdown pages. Not sure it's worth it.
