Laravel 11 is recently released.
This PR adds support for Laravel 11.

If you are talking about https://github.com/InteractionDesignFoundation/laravel-geoip, then - it's a fork without breaking changes. Just update package name in composer.json:

-"torann/geoip": "^3.0",
+"interaction-design-foundation/laravel-geoip": "^3.0",

The only breaking change is a new namespace:

-Torann\GeoIP
+InteractionDesignFoundation\GeoIP

Plus there are some new features and about 10 fixes, you can read more here: https://github.com/InteractionDesignFoundation/laravel-geoip/releases
