Separate base corrections for #2: port upstream diegosouzapw#11866 to remove the test dependency on an expired Alibaba catalog; remove two inactive publishers targeting unrelated kang-heewon/rinseaid registries. All three checks failed on the unchanged base and pass after these corrections. Production catalog data and the fork prebuilt workflow are unchanged. The full candidate validation is recorded in #2.
