What this protects against: A crafted YAML input could pin a CPU at 100% and hang the process, a denial-of-service vector.
Change: bump js-yaml to patched versions (both the 3.x and 4.x copies in the tree). No behavior change for users.

Technical detail

Package js-yaml · high · GHSA-5p4m-2wfm-xmqj · package-lock.json. Transitive copies bumped: 3.14.2 → 3.15.1, and the eslint/puppeteer 4.1.1 copies → 4.3.1. Quadratic-complexity DoS in !!omap / merge-key alias resolution — a small crafted document forces O(n²) CPU. All bumps stay within their major line (deps and API unchanged), a lockfile-only change.

Quadratic-complexity DoS in js-yaml YAML parsing (omap/merge-key). Bump transitive js-yaml 3.x->3.15.1 and 4.x->4.3.1. Lockfile-only, no dependency graph change.
