Dockerfile with CI

Description

• Maybe update the readme with docker run examples not just compose
• Will have to change the image name.
• Add repository secrets (https://github.com/Tkd-Alex/Twitch-Channel-Points-Miner-v2/settings/secrets/actions):
  • DOCKER_USERNAME (your docker user)
  • DOCKER_TOKEN (an access token generated from https://hub.docker.com/settings/security)
