This changes the
Cursortrait superficially, makingStoragean associated trait (again) and renaming theRassociated type toDiff. Additionally, many helper structs and logic and re-oriented to depend onC: Cursorrather than their melange ofK, V, T, Retc.Only meant to be code movement and organization; no intended semantic changes.
