Backup now is saved with TFile (UTF8)

I had to reinstall windows and found out that the backup was now broken.
Bug:
The backup was saved as string in bytes with the stream so in case of wstrings it was saved as broken utf-16 with the wrong size.
Fix:
The string is now saved with TFile in utf-8
