Very interesting. This functionality could essentially make it a Rubber Ducky although maybe that's not the use case you had in mind.

I see no reason not to allow this. It doesn't disable any other functionality and unless it breaks something that is totally unforeseeable to me I think it's cool functionality to add in. Thanks!
