Now using https://github.com/TheCrazyT/boost_python_build_win (thats also cross build) instead of dll compiled on windows.

try to fix Qt-Crash by platforms folder. Remove maybe unneeded patches.

Modified opengl stuff for windows.

Atleast it now compiles and installs on windows.
