Contains the latest versions of third_party including:
h265bitstream, ilclient, libsec, moonlight-common-c.

Contains the latest versions of libgamestream including:
avahi-client, avahi-common, uuid.

Contains .elf & .rpx compiled from updated libraries. Tested with GFE 3.27.0.112
