Adds support for MorePlanets and Atum to generate rivers correctly. Fixes #42.
For reference, I searched across Github with this regex
/class.*GenLayer[\s\S]*?& 255/ NOT "package net.minecraft"and the only other mod that this would not cover is ExPetrum, but I don't know if its generation is affected by REID, so not including that in this PR.
