How can we merge Pull Requests faster?

What is/are your question(s)?

I had create some pull request for newpipe to improve comment reply function.
But, Pull Request is too slow, also make unable to roll out new features quickly.
I was going to spend 3 days on this feature (including the number of replies), but until now, none of them have been merged. They haven't bugs now, at least no one say, and I don't feel like anyone is trying to take responsibility for my PR review, this leaves no clear development goals at all. So I think it's slowing us down considerably.

A critical bottleneck for the project is that everyone on the dev team is severely lacking in time to review PRs. If you're able and willing, please help us out in this respect by conducting code reviews on PRs that aren't your own so that devs can merge all PRs faster.
