This will put Apriltags into /opt/AprilTags and /bin/AprilTags. This will allow for better sudo abilities and also Segen will stop worrying about this and being unable to sleep at night. This will prevent the sudo issues, and there are also other fixes bundled into here.
Note: this is entirely untested, but I would like to test this on an Orin and find all of the issues.
