Rename 'Team' to 'Authors' in various components for clarity

Overview

“Manage Team” should be “Manage Authors”.
Replace all label instances containing the word “Member” with the word “Author”.
“Guest Authors” should have the following description: “Collaborators who do not have TACC accounts. These authors won’t have access to the portal but will be included as authors.”
