CMS texascale-org points to files in `taccsite_cms/templates/page_types` Manual repoints in progress to `taccsite_custom/texascale-org/templates`
And update WARNING.md for hack templates
Cleanup image-map caption-toggle align. - The alignment code was inconsistently dispersed. - These changes isolate and organiz it and its variables.
Includes changes to taccsite_custom.
Checkout master after TACC/Core-CMS-Resources#4.
All texascale.org templates have been updated (I'm pretty sure).
