We are currently deploying the futures on a local OVM instance. We may move to using this more in future, for now, until Kovan is deployed, this will allow the frontend and the futures-keepers repo to access the locally deployed contracts.

…using a JSON module import This unblocked the frontend libraries from importing the contract artifacts for the local-ovm env. Not sure what this was here for initially?

Branching off from #1346, this PR extends the synthetix package to export the necessary data in order to use the "local-ovm" environment throughout our JS libraries, frontend and futures-keeper.
