Add pool-level rewards

Update reward APRs to include pool-level reward distributors

• Adds a model to track pool reward distributions
• Adds logic to pnl models to handle pool-level distributions across collateral types
• Removing an unused model, which would be inaccurate after this change. The data is duplicated in the reward pnl table.
• Materializes the hourly prices table, since it reduces query times downstream
