This update fixes a problem where LE Shortcut Creator silently does not start if PowerShell cannot be found in the global PATH.
It will now try to fallback to a default PowerShell location in these cases. And in the worst case an error popup message will be displayed.

This is a small quality of life update.

The file LEConfig.xml is generated by Locale Emulator (LE) on first start. It contains the default languages that can be used when using LE to run software. LE Shortcut Creator needs this file to work.

If LE has just been downloaded and never started, this file doesn't exist, which makes LEShortcutCreator unusable.

To make this a little better, you can now always click the "Edit List" button in the Languages area to execute the LE file LEGUI.exe. Just by running this file the LEConfig.xml will be automaticalle created. You can then switch back to LEShortcutCreator and it will be usable.
