OB-525 - Build Job Jenkins File Changes

From release 5.1.2 we need to load the cloud storage SDK as a maven dependency and we are required to pass the cloud storage SDK as a parameter while building the artefact from the Jenkins job. These changes will allow us to pass the SDK as an argument.

• Jenkins file has been reviewed and validated however we need to execute the jenkins file in the dev environment.
• Verified locally, by passing the cloudstorage SDK as an argument while building the artifact.
