• make JSZip work in a Firefox addon context (see Can't generate zip file of images #151).
• add an option (createFolders) to control the subfolder generation (see D attribute missing from folder when a file in a subfolder is added #154).
• allow Buffer polyfill in the browser (see Need a smarter check for nodebuffer #139).
