Is your feature request related to a problem? Please elaborate.

Upload speed limits are set per torrent whenever the tag is updated. However if I change the upload speed without any updates in tags, torrents that are currently properly tagged will continue using previous speed limit.

Describe the solution you'd like

qbit_manage should detect when upload_speed_limit is changed for a tagged torrent and set the new one appropriately.

Does your solution involve any of the following?

  • New config option
  • New command option

Describe alternatives you've considered

Removing the tags could work, but it's a manual process.

Who will this benefit?

Anyone who wants to modify the speed limit after it was initially applied. I feel that this is a gotcha that many users will be confused about.
