Max retries exceeded waiting for organization #754

Description
After signing in, the frontend repeatedly logs [WaitForOrg] No orgs found, waiting for backend to create default organization and eventually fails with Max retries exceeded waiting for organization. The user remains stuck and is unable to proceed.
Expected Behavior
Upon successful login, the backend should create or return a default organization for the user, allowing the frontend to continue loading the application.
Possible Cause
The backend may not be triggering the default organization creation upon user signup or login.
