The weekly mutation run reads mutation.yml from main, and its limit of 150 minutes is now too short: the full run of Pulse (715 mutants) took 2 h 15 min at the 0.2.0 release, fifteen minutes under the limit, and 3 h 18 min and 3 h 33 min in two runs on 2026-10-02. A run that reaches the limit is cancelled and reports no score, so the next weekly run would most likely end red without saying anything about the tests.

This raises the limit of the full run from 150 to 300 minutes. The pull request run keeps its 20 minutes. Nothing else changes; the same commit is in #120 for dev.

The full run of Pulse, 715 mutants, took 2 h 15 min at the 0.2.0 release against a limit of 150
minutes, and 3 h 18 min and 3 h 33 min in two runs on 2026-10-02: at 150 the run is cancelled and
reports no score. 300 minutes leaves room for a slow runner. The pull request run keeps its 20
minutes.
