Я уже совершенно не помню что тут происходит и зачем, но раз тут приходит файл и проверять надо на файл, то в массив путей наверно надо класть без слеша путь

@Stepa86 про слыши путей не знаю, но то что сейчас если не исправить , то у нас не работает фильтрация по подсистемам

Корректное определение файлов в функции МассивПутейОбъектов()
В конфигураторе и ЕДТ нужно определять файлы (xml и mdo соответственно), а не каталог.
Зависит от исправления: oscript-library/v8metadata-reader#6
Если это не исправить, то не будет работать параметр --filter_by_subsystem для transform
