Summary

• Workspace snapshots / blueprints / --all (#77, #79): capture, restore, replay; three starter blueprints in the box; c11 snapshot --all covers every workspace; browser and markdown round-trip clean. Claude Code panes resume via --resume (opt-in C11_SESSION_RESUME=1); codex / opencode / kimi resume too.
• Pane-close confirmation overlay (#81): in-pane, destructive, lists every tab about to disappear. The X on the only pane resets it instead of being a no-op.
• Automation socket: bounded waits, named timeouts, trace mode (#80): 10 s default CLI deadline, 8 s app-side deadline on Tier 1 creation handlers, parseable timeout envelope, C11_TRACE=1 for request tracing.
• In-place restore polish (#78): apply-then-close ordering; honours C11_WORKSPACE_ID env; workspace_uuid_changed warning; --json is subcommand-local.
• Telemetry + privacy: Sentry → stage-11-kl, PostHog renamed cmux → c11, embedded project key stage11-c11, remaining upstream-domain references cut.

Approved through staging QA on the post-hotfix main (2fd30041).
